Antonio Morales
Antonio started his training career in 2015. While training, he has worked with a diverse number of clients ranging from beginners to athletes. In the course of his career he has worked for corporate gyms such as 24 Hour Fitness and Equinox but has discovered his passion for working in a studio environment. Antonio believes this space fosters a more personal experience and provides value to every client.
Prior to being a personal trainer, Antonio worked for a corporate bank. After an 11 year career in the banking industry he decided to pursue his passion for fitness and made it his profession. He simultaneously pursued his education and completed his BA in English at The University of California, Irvine.
Over the years, Antonio has found inspiration by helping his clients transform themselves to be stronger, healthier, and more knowledgeable about fitness. He is strongly committed to sharing his passion with every client he works with.

ABOUT THE TRAINING
Antonio believes that the best approach to training is by, first, assessing strength, mobility, and stability. It is important for him to gain a full understanding of how your body is currently moving in order to prescribe a solution to help you reach your goals. Once these baselines have been established, Antonio works on a progressive overload training mentality and believes small steps are most important to help reach your overall fitness goals.
Over the years, Antonio has developed a motivational style of training and believes in encouraging his clients to make their best efforts to build the right habits in order to achieve success.
